History

KENNETH A. FEINGOLD graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco in 1975 where he was a member of Law Review and The McAuliffe Honor Society. Mr. Feingold served as a judicial extern for Justice Raymond L. Sullivan of the California Supreme Court. Mr. Feingold also served as a Deputy City Attorney (1976-1977), handling jury and court trials on behalf of the City of Los Angeles. He has lectured and authored numerous articles concerning real estate brokerage law. Mr. Feingold practices in the fields of commercial and real property law and litigation including complex litigation matters arising from real estate, construction and business matters. Mr. Feingold currently serves as President and a member of the Board of Trustees of the U.C. Santa Cruz Foundation. Mr. Feingold is the former Chairman of the Santa-Monica Malibu Personnel Commission. Mr. Feingold has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles County Superior Court and currently serves as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and selected private meditation matters. He is a member of the Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County Bar and American Bar Associations, and the Los Angeles Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, an honorary land economics society.
